Juliana Hawkins

Juliana C. Hawkins has extensive work experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on operations and management. Since 2019, they have been working at Imperium Health as the Director of Operations for the Midwest region. In this role, they oversee a provider management consulting team and is responsible for strategic management of quality programs for participating physician practices. Juliana C. also implements initiatives to facilitate market growth in ACO and value-based care partnerships.

Prior to their current role, Juliana was the ACO Market Manager and Team Lead for Kentucky, Minnesota, and Wisconsin at Imperium Health. Juliana C. was responsible for financial operations, revenue cycle management, and payer negotiation. Juliana C. also coordinated various clinic projects and managed an on-campus health center.

Juliana C. Hawkins, MBA, MHA, CPC, completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Health Care Administration at Western Kentucky University from 2010 to 2014. Juliana C. then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Health Administration (MHA) from Western Kentucky University from 2014 to 2016. Later, Juliana obtained a Master of Business Administration in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University, completing it from 2019 to 2022. Juliana C. also holds certifications as a BLS Provider from the American Heart Association and as a Certified Professional Coder from the AAPC.
