MD Sadam Hussain is a Technical Implementation Engineer at Imperium Software Technologies since September 2021, where responsibilities have expanded from handling Avaya Contact Center implementations to project management, overseeing projects related to ACCS, IPOSE, AWFOS, Media Server, Workspaces, and Centrum Applications, including Social Media, CRM Connector, IVR Survey, and Chatbot. Prior to this role, MD Sadam Hussain served as a Senior Database Administrator at Newgen Software from April 2021 to September 2021, focusing on PostgreSQL database structures and troubleshooting product issues. Beginning a career in telephony and contact center solutions at Ameyo from July 2018 to March 2021, MD Sadam Hussain gained expertise in Linux, Ameyo Contact Center implementation, PostgreSQL deployment, and customer service. MD Sadam Hussain holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from Punjab Technical University (2014 - 2018) and completed computer science education at Kendriya Vidyalaya Dimapur (2012 - 2014).
