Kensuke Shibuya has extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Kensuke is currently employed at Imperva as the Senior Director of Customer Success in the APJ region. Prior to this, Kensuke held a position at Symantec as the Director of Global Service Alliances and Partner Success Programs, where they designed and implemented service partner programs and managed the service relationship with over 120 partners globally. Kensuke also served as a Technical Trainer at the Network Technology Academy Institute, assisting with Microsoft and Cisco networking certifications. Kensuke's early career includes an internship at Massachusetts Port Authority as a GIS Intern, where they developed a web-based system for organizing and retrieving geographic data.

Kensuke Shibuya obtained a Bachelor's degree and a Master's degree in Environmental Analysis and Policy, as well as Environmental Remote Sensing and Geographic Information Systems, respectively, from Boston University between 1996 and 2001.
