Tim Chang

Tim Chang has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Tim began their career as a Consultant at OnLink Technologies, working there for two years. Tim then joined Siebel as a Senior Consultant, where they collaborated with subject matter experts to analyze business requirements and recommend technical design solutions. Following this, Tim worked as a Senior Web Analyst/Programmer at Blue Shield of California, leading the implementation of a web-based quote tracking application.

In 2004, Tim co-founded and served as the Head of Technology at Satinbox.com, an online e-commerce platform. During this time, they developed both the front-end and back-end of the website. Afterward, Tim joined HP Autonomy as a Sales Engineer, completing technical evaluations and engaging with customers on HP IDOL's search technologies. Tim later became the Director of Technology, managing a pre-sales team and overseeing pre-sales field activities.

From 2011 to 2015, Tim worked at Hewlett-Packard as a Sales Engineering Manager, recruiting and developing a sales engineering team and managing resources for strategic accounts. Notably, they supported the North America and Big Data portfolios. Since 2015, Tim has been with Imperva, where they have held several roles, including Sales Engineering Manager, Director of Sales Engineering, and currently, Vice President of Global Sales Engineering.

Tim Chang attended Stanford University from 1995 to 1999, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics.
