Orla Hickey

Orla Hickey has over eight years of experience in technical support and management roles, currently serving as Team Manager for Senior Product Support at PGi since July 2015. Previous positions at PGi include Tier 2 Software Support Team Supervisor and Technical Support. Orla also gained experience as an Administrative Assistant at Carbery Group in 2012. Educationally, Orla holds a Higher Diploma in Applied Computing Technology from University College Cork, completed in 2015, and a Bachelor of Arts in History and Politics, obtained in 2014 from the same institution.
