Sergei Pliukh

Digital firmware engineer at Imperx

Sergei Pliukh has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Sergei started their career as a FPGA Design Engineer at Science Technical Center "Kami-Sever" LLC in 2005, where they eventually became the Head of the FPGA Design section. During this time, they led the development team and worked on various projects involving the development of FPGA firmware, electrical circuit design, testing, and debugging prototypes. Sergei also developed a system for capturing and analyzing STM traffic.

In 2009, Sergei joined "Garant-Plus" LLC as a FPGA Design Engineer, where they contributed to the development of systems for capturing and analyzing Ethernet traffic and hardware noise reduction of voice channels. Sergei also collaborated with OdinTelesystems Inc. on these projects.

In 2013, Sergei worked as a FPGA Design Engineer at Lutch JSC, a part of JSC Vega Radio Engineering Corporation, before joining the Scientific Research Institute of Communication and Control Systems JSC in 2014. There, they served as the Development Team Lead, overseeing the development of a software-defined radio platform and managing a team of programmers.

From 2015 to 2022, Sergei was a FPGA Design Engineer for MIATech LLC. In this role, they worked on the development of video systems for receiving, transmitting, and processing video information, utilizing video interfaces such as HDMI, FPDLink, DisplayPort, OpenLDI, and GMSL3.

Sergei's most recent work experience is as a Digital Firmware Engineer at IMPERX, starting in 2022.

Sergei Pliukh obtained a Bachelor's degree in Radiophysics and Electronics from Yaroslavl Demidov State University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005.
