Michał Skórka

Micha Roon is the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, focusing on innovation projects across startups, enterprises, and government sectors through training and mentorship. Micha has been the owner and founder of managination since July 2005, enhancing the software development landscape with dynamic and reliable processes. Prior roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, contributing significantly to decentralized finance and energy infrastructure. Additional experience includes advisory roles for various organizations in blockchain and technology, alongside being a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge and a Blockchain Advisor at SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has completed additional studies at MIT.
