Holly Lam

Holly Lam is a seasoned Senior Digital Solutions Specialist at Impetus Digital, where responsibilities include leading UI and UX design for the Impetus InSite Platform™, conducting user research, prototyping, and user testing for web and mobile products. Experience encompasses collaboration with product management and web development teams, project oversight of over 15 pharmaceutical client portals, and adeptness in graphic design utilizing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Previously, Holly served as a Graphic Designer at Ryerson University, creating promotional materials and maintaining brand consistency for CESAR. Additional experience includes an internship at St. Joseph Communications, focusing on graphic content production and assisting with quality control, as well as early roles in customer service and photography at Ryerson University. Holly holds a Bachelor of Technology in Graphic Communications Management from Ryerson University.
