Marta Hrechyn

Marta Hrechyn is an experienced project manager with a strong background in team leadership and communication. Currently serving as a Project Manager at Sigma Software Group since September 2022, Marta focuses on people management, team performance assessment, and mentorship. Previously, Marta worked as a Data Scientists Engagement PMM at Microsoft, where coordination of marketing programs for Azure Specialists was a key responsibility. Experience also includes project management roles at Cyberaccelerator UA, where Marta facilitated workshops and partnered with various organizations, and at Odgers as a Senior Researcher. Earlier, Marta gained project management experience as an Assistant Project Manager at Ukraine House Davos, managing logistics and communication with foreign contractors, and as a Project Coordinator at SIC Group Ukraine, organizing an international conference in Brussels. Marta holds a Master’s degree in Business Development from the National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy and a Bachelor's degree in English studies and translation from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv.
