Vaneeta Malhotra

Vaneeta Malhotra is the current Director of Human Empowerment at Impetus. Prior to this, they were the Head Talent Acquisition and HR at Danone, where they were responsible for scaling up the HR Function for India and South Asia. Vaneeta has also served as the Divisional Head of Talent Development at NIIT and as the Manager of Talent Acquisition and Development at QAI India Limited.

Vaneeta Malhotra has a HR certification from the University of California, Berkeley in Human Services and General. Vaneeta also has a Ph.D. in Management from Delhi University and Delhi School of Economics and an MBA from IAMT specializing in International Business with a double gold medal for highest GPA. Vaneeta also has a BSc in Resource Management from Delhi University. Vaneeta is also certified as a balance life coach and trainer from BElife LLC.
