Maria Lucas

Maria Lucas has over ten years of work experience in various roles. From 2011 to 2013, they were a Resident Advisor and Parents' Orientation Ambassador at North Carolina State University. Maria was also an Academic Tutor at the North Carolina State University Academic Support Program for Student Athletes. From 2013 to 2015, they worked as a Logistics Coordinator and Program Leader at the Full Circles Foundation (Non-Profit) and as an Associate Research Economist at RTI Health Solutions. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Innovation Economist at RTI International. Maria then returned to IMPLAN, where they worked as a Junior Economist/Customer Success Lead and Applied Advisory Economist from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are a Graduate Research Assistant at the Georgia Institute of Technology, and they are set to become a Technical Product Manager at IMPLAN in 2022.

Maria Lucas earned their Bachelor of Science in Economics from North Carolina State University in 2014. Maria then went on to pursue their Master's degree in Sustainable Energy and Environmental Management at Georgia Institute of Technology, which they are expected to complete in 2022.
