Isabella Taba, MBA

Isabella Taba, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Isabella is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Energenii Technology. Previously, they served as the Director on the Board of Directors at Enhance West Van. Isabella also worked at Implant Genius, where they held multiple positions, including Chief Operating Officer and Chief Strategy Officer. At Implant Genius, they were involved in business development, marketing strategy, and daily operations. Isabella was also a Strategic Advisor and Co-Founder at Blue Dot Motorworks. Isabella has volunteered at the Union Gospel Mission - Vancouver and mentored at the Founder Institute. Isabella co-founded Direct Kinetic Solutions, Everlasting Power, where they held the positions of President and Chief Technology Officer, overseeing technical operations and financial aspects. Additionally, they worked as a Strategic Operations Manager at WSP in Canada and in a business development role at London Drugs. Earlier in their career, they worked at UrtheCast as a Project Manager and Systems Engineer, primarily involved in remote sensing and earth observation satellites.

Isabella Taba, MBA has a diverse education history. Isabella obtained their Bachelor of Applied Science (B.A.Sc.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Simon Fraser University in 2008. Isabella further pursued their studies and completed their Master of Engineering (MASc) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The University of British Columbia in 2011.

In 2013, Isabella expanded their academic achievements by earning a Master of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan. Isabella then delved into the field of business and completed two Master of Business Administration - MBA degrees. The first was from the Cornell Johnson Graduate School of Management in 2019, where they focused on Business Administration and Management through an Executive MBA program. Isabella also pursued a second MBA degree in Business Administration and Management from the Smith School of Business at Queen's University from 2017 to 2019.

Isabella continued to enhance their professional skills by completing various certification programs. In 2014, they obtained a Project Management Certificate from the UBC Sauder School of Business. Additionally, they completed the Project Management UBC Certificate Program from The University of British Columbia Continuing Studies in 2015.

To expand their knowledge in leadership and communication for CXO roles, Isabella obtained a certificate in Leadership and Communication for CXO roles from HarvardX in 2022. Lastly, they enrolled in Harvard Business School Executive Education in 2023 to obtain a Certificate in Business Strategy.

Isabella Taba's additional certifications include Night Rating and a Private Pilot License from Transport Canada - Transports Canada. Furthermore, they completed the UBC Certificate in Project Management from UBC Continuing Studies.
