Holger Plate

Holger Plate is an experienced civil engineering professional with a strong track record in project management and construction. Currently serving as Civil Works Manager at Implenia Norge AS since July 2020, Holger Plate is responsible for major projects such as the construction of the Carlberg Culvert and the Larkollveien Underpass. Previously, Holger Plate worked as Concrete Works Manager at Implenia Sverige AB, overseeing the safe delivery of concrete works for the FSE 403 Johannelund project. With extensive experience at Implenia from 2014 to 2018 as Project Manager and Sub Agent, Holger Plate managed significant subway construction projects in Berlin and Hamburg. Earlier roles at Bilfinger Infrastructure Mannheim GmbH and Bilfinger Construction UK Limited involved project management and design coordination, while initial experience at Strabag focused on coordinating and managing construction resources.
