Yury Shvaika

Yury Shvaika is a skilled civil works manager currently overseeing construction projects for the Carlsberg Group in the CEEI Region since July 2025, focusing on major group-led initiatives that align with the company's global strategy. Previously, Yury served as a Senior Construction Project Manager at Alivaria Brewery from August 2022 to July 2025 and held various positions at Hilti Group from July 2017 to June 2022, including Key Account Manager and Technical Specialist. Earlier experience includes a role as a design engineer with УП "МинскПроект," where significant projects such as the "Lazurit" apartment complex and the "Dynamo" national stadium were undertaken. Yury holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Belarusian National Technical University and a Bachelor's degree in English Language from the Academy of Postdiploma Education. Additionally, Yury became a National Trainer in Beer Processing through the Carlsberg Academy in 2023.
