Stephan Burkart

Stephan Burkart serves as the Chief Information Officer at Implenia since March 2018, where responsibilities include leading IT and digital transformation initiatives across Europe, overseeing the execution of ERP transformations, and implementing a "Cloud First" strategy. Prior to Implenia, Burkart was an Associate Partner at ASVITO Consulting, focusing on IT advisory, quality assessments, and ERP implementations. A sabbatical in 2017 allowed for further education in digital strategy at Columbia Business School. From 1995 to 2016, Burkart held various leadership positions at Schindler Group, including Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure Services, where oversight of over 120 employees and global infrastructure projects occurred. Burkart's educational background includes an Executive MBA from the University of St. Gallen and a diploma in Computer Science.
