Tetiana Ovsiukhno

Tetiana Ovsiukhno is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Lead at Sparklead since February 2023. Previously, Tetiana held the role of Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter at Implex from January 2022, providing full support for the recruitment process in the IT sector. In the role of Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Creatio from April 2019 to January 2022, Tetiana collaborated with hiring managers to define candidate profiles and manage recruitment timelines. Earlier experience includes working as a Senior Recruiter at TASCOMBANK from July 2015 to April 2019, where Tetiana organized the recruiting process from profile formation to candidate support.
