Pierre Maindivide

Pierre Maindivide has worked in a variety of roles since 2004. In 2004, they completed a stage as a Steward at Air France. In 2005, they completed stages as an Assistant Marketing and Communication at Lenotre, and an Assistant Formation and Communication at AFIC. In 2006, they completed stages as an Assistant Resources Human at Washington National Opera, and an Adjoint RH at ATAC (Groupe Auchan). From 2007 to 2015, they worked at L'Oréal Recherche & Innovation, taking on the roles of Responsable Ressources Humaines Senior, Responsable Développement RH, Responsable du Personnel Retail, and Adjoint Ressources Humaines. From 2015 to 2017, they worked at FrogPubs as the Directeur des Ressources Humaines. From 2017 to 2021, they worked at Adecco as the Responsable Ressources Humaines Île-de-France. Since 2021, they have been the Head of People at Implicity and the Directeur des Ressources Humaines at RSM France.

Pierre Maindivide obtained a Master in Ressources Humaines from Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Nantes between 2003 and 2007. During 2006, they also completed a Bachelor in Journalism from American University.
