Alexis Regan

Alexis Regan is an accomplished sales and commercial strategy executive currently serving as the Executive Vice President of North America Sales & Commercial Strategy at Impossible Foods since January 2024, after initially joining the company as Senior Vice President of NA Sales. Prior to this role, Alexis held various senior leadership positions at Chobani, including Senior Vice President of Global Accounts and Senior Vice President of Commercial Strategy, where responsibilities encompassed managing significant global accounts and developing commercial strategies that drove record revenue growth. With early career experience at General Mills across multiple roles, ranging from Customer Account Manager to Senior Customer Manager, Alexis has built a strong foundation in trade marketing, demand operations, and strategic sales management, underpinned by a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Arizona.
