Jeffrey DeGrange FSME (AMUG 🦕) has over 30 years of experience in the engineering and manufacturing industries. Jeffrey began their career in 1988 as a Senior Material and Process Engineer at McDonnell Douglas, which was acquired by The Boeing Company. In this role, they had experience in metal and composite fabrication, chemical processing, manufacturing, subassembly, assembly and flight test of military aircraft. Jeffrey also implemented capital equipment for automated storage and retrieval material handling and automated drilling and fastening capital projects.

In 2008, Jeffrey joined Stratasys as the Vice President of Vertical Business Units, reporting to the COO. Their responsibilities included business development of strategic accounts, product management, and application engineering for aerospace, defense, automotive and industrial verticals. Jeffrey also developed and commercialized production series equipment and high performance materials, created multiple production tooling and end-use part applications, and managed one of the highest revenue generating production series line Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM) product lines. Jeffrey collaborated on go-to-market knowledge transfer plans and sales techniques for automotive, aerospace and defense vertical markets with global sales channel partners.

In 2014, Jeffrey became the Chief Commercial Officer at Impossible Objects, Inc. where they led the salesforce, account and product management and marketing teams with revenue responsibility to the Founder/CEO. Their focus was on product management, scaling the sales operation within North America then Europe, and creating compensation plans to incentivize the right focus and improve customer experience.

In 2016, Jeffrey joined Precision ADM as a Board Member.

Jeffrey DeGrange FSME (AMUG 🦕) has an education history that includes a Master of Science in Manufacturing Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Iowa, a Professional Manufacturing Certificate from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a Manufacturing Professional Program from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
