Thomas Klews is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the technology and venture capital sectors. Currently serving as a Venture Partner at Possible Ventures since August 2021, Thomas is dedicated to supporting innovative teams in the realm of frontier technology. As CEO and Co-Founder of Impower GmbH since July 2019, Thomas contributes to advancing impactful solutions. Previous roles include Chief Digital Officer and Executive Board Member at VFS Global, and Deputy Head of the TMT sector at EQT Partners, illustrating a strong background in corporate leadership. Thomas has also held various deputy board positions across multiple organizations, showcasing a commitment to guiding strategic initiatives. Thomas holds a Diplom Kaufmann degree in Betriebswirtschaft from J.W. Goethe Universität Frankfurt am Main.
