Robert Osborne has a diverse and extensive work experience. Robert started their career as a Captain in the US Army, where they managed equipment, facilities, and medical supplies. Robert also supervised and determined medical and evacuation requirements for core unit personnel.

After leaving the military, Robert joined Microsoft as a Lead Program Manager, overseeing 400 resources and managing multiple concurrent projects across 27 countries. Robert also managed staffs and budgets for individual projects. Robert also provided training and direction to technical and sales personnel globally.

In their most recent role as the Chief Technology Officer at IMPRES Technology Solutions, Robert specialized in cyber security and complex network and software integration. Robert created innovative solutions based on customer needs and managed sales and solutions for various military and civilian agencies, as well as major banks.

Throughout their career, Robert has demonstrated strong leadership, expertise in technology, and the ability to manage large-scale projects and teams.

Robert Osborne earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology, General from Morehead State University, where they studied from 1979 to 1986. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in SMaC and Agile Marketing from Dell in May and April 2014, respectively. Robert also holds a certification in Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) from ISACA, although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are not provided.
