Katherine Shilhan

Katherine Shilhan is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as Executive Director and previously as Sales Director at Impres Pharma Inc., Katherine has successfully hired, onboarded, and trained five national teams to promote multiple brands. Prior to this, Katherine worked at Bayshore HealthCare as Manager of Specialty Health Partnerships, where strategic initiatives were developed to enhance patient support programs in Oncology and Neurology. Katherine's tenure at Pfizer included various roles in Specialty Pharma sales, where robust business relationships were cultivated, resulting in substantial sales achievements across multiple therapeutic areas. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Business from Dalhousie University.
