Milan has held roles at various companies including Impresiv Health, Olive, Takeda, Gallagher Bassett, Booz Allen Hamilton, AIC, GCI Global Healthcare Solutions LLC, Accident Fund Insurance Company of America, Spectrum Health, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan. Milan's expertise includes healthcare information strategy, HIT project implementation, and establishing Project and Program Management Offices (PMO). Milan obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Religion/Religious Studies from Michigan State University in the period from 1997 to 2000. Following this, Milan pursued Economics at Western Michigan University from 2001 to 2003, focusing specifically on Data Mining. Milan continued their education and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northwood University between 2010 and 2012.
