Yessenia Novo

Yessenia Novo began their work experience in 2013 as an Ejecutivo de ventas at Hotel Altamira Suites. Yessenia worked there from May 2013 to November 2018. In 2018, they joined Grupo Planeta as a Program Advisor and worked there until August 2021. Yessenia then joined Impress in August 2021 as an Inside Sales Specialist and later transitioned to a role in Customer Success/Business Development in October 2022.

Yessenia Novo completed a Master's degree in Wedding Planner from Escuela En Buenas Manos Wedding Planners, from the year 2019 to 2020. Prior to that, they earned a Tecnico Superior degree in Administración y gestión de empresas, general from Instituto Nuevas Profesiones Caracas, Venezuela, from 2012 to 2015.
