Holly Straker-Humphreys

Holly Straker-Humphreys has extensive experience in diversity, inclusion, and belonging roles. Holly currently holds the position of Head of Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging at Improbable since 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Sky Betting & Gaming from 2017 to 2022, where they held various roles including Inclusion, Wellbeing & Community Senior Manager, Inclusion and Engagement Lead, and Learning and Inclusion Advisor. Before joining Sky Betting & Gaming, Holly worked at Asda from 2015 to 2017 as a Talent and Diversity Advisor and Leadership and Engagement Administrator.

Holly Straker-Humphreys earned a Bachelor's Degree in Management from The University of Manchester from 2012 to 2015. Holly previously attended Notre Dame Sixth Form College from 2010 to 2012, where they earned their A Level in Business Studies, Law & Sociology. Before that, they studied at Allerton High School from 2005 to 2010, where they obtained 12 GCSEs, including English, Maths, and Science. Additionally, Holly Straker-Humphreys has obtained several certifications such as the Best Diversity and Inclusion Model Award from EGR Global in 2021, the Best for Employee Engagement Top Employer certification from WM People in 2021, and the Neurodiversity Trainer certification from Creased Puddle in 2019. Holly also holds the ILM 5 Coaching and Mentoring certification from ILM in 2019 and the MHFA Lite certification from Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) England in 2017. Moreover, they have completed the Emotional Intelligence - EQI 2.0 course from Dove Nest Group, although the year of completion is not specified.
