VP of Customer Success at Improvado

Andrew Dunn, CSM, PMP(i), has extensive work experience in customer success and project management. Andrew is currently the VP of Customer Success at Improvado since October 2022. Prior to their current role, they served as the Director of Customer Success at Anduin Transactions from November 2021 to August 2022, and at RapidAPI from July 2020 to October 2021. Andrew also worked at Blend, where they held various roles including Customer Success Operations & Services, Manager of Customer Success, and Deployment Lead from November 2017 to July 2020.

Before joining Blend, they worked at Bank of the West as the VP, IT Senior Manager, Solution Delivery from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Andrew was a Senior Associate, Advisory at KPMG US from August 2014 to October 2015. Andrew also worked at Bank of America as an Assistant Vice President from 2011 to 2014.

Andrew started their career in the United States Marine Corps, where they served as a Corporal from 2003 to 2009. Andrew holds certifications in Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) and Project Management Professional (PMP).

Andrew Dunn, CSM, PMP(i) completed their Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in English - Creative Writing from Auburn University, where they studied from 2003 to 2009. From 2010 to 2012, they attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte and pursued a field of study in Software and Information Systems, but did not obtain a degree.

In terms of additional certifications, Andrew Dunn has obtained the Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification from Scrum Alliance in April 2019.
