Konstantin Michurin

Konstantin Michurin has a wealth of experience in engineering and quality assurance roles. Konstantin began their career in 2008 as a QA engineer at SPL - Smartphonelabs, followed by a QA Lead and QA engineer role at Mail.ru Group. In 2011, they began working as a Performance Testing Engineer at Yandex. In 2014, they took on a Performance Testing Manager and Chief Performance Test Engineer role at Sberbank-Technology. In 2016, they became the Head of QA at SteppeChange. From 2017 to 2019, they were the Head of QA, Chief Technical Expert, and Team Lead at Nexign. Here, they were responsible for building the testing process on the company's most critical and highly-loaded project. In 2019, they became the Director of Quality Assurance at Humans Group. Konstantin currently holds the roles of Engineering Manager at Tinkoff and Director of Engineering at Improvado.

Konstantin Michurin attended Peter the Great St.Petersburg Polytechnic University from 2003 to 2009, where they received a Specialist degree in Computer and Information Systems Security/Information Assurance.
