Susan Plencner

Susan Plencner is an experienced nursing professional currently serving as an Independent Review Nurse at MPRO since March 2020, where responsibilities include coordinating case review work for credentialed reviewers and ensuring the thoroughness and timeliness of report submissions. Previously, from January 2014 to September 2019, Susan worked as an Independent Nurse Case Manager at Wellspring Case Management, providing specialized medical case management for individuals injured in automobile accidents, particularly those with catastrophic injuries. Susan's nursing career began at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ypsilanti from 1994 to 1996 as a registered nurse. Susan holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from Valparaiso University, earned between 1986 and 1990.
