Richa Khare

Richa Khare has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Richa recently worked as a BI project manager at Improvement Interactive starting from December 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Project Delivery Manager at Sapiens from September 2022 to December 2022.

From 2013 to 2022, Richa worked at Improvement Interactive as a BI Project Manager for a healthcare services client. In this role, they collaborated with client teams to understand their needs, gathered requirements, and transformed complex enterprise data into visually appealing presentations for analytical and operational reporting purposes. Richa also developed and deployed ETL solutions using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) to ensure that data warehouse models aligned with the company's analytical and reporting requirements. Additionally, Richa was responsible for developing web-enabled Microstrategy Reports and Dashboards while maintaining the underlying architecture.

Before joining Improvement Interactive, Richa co-founded Animations in 2010. As the Co-Founder, they oversaw end-to-end delivery, budgeting, and project management of digital marketing animations. Richa identified prospective clients, understood their requirements, and utilized animation technology to create animated videos for showcasing product features effectively.

Prior to this, Richa worked at PwC India as a Senior Consultant from 2005 to 2010. In this role, they streamlined processes for an oil tanking company, redesigned existing business processes, and evaluated implementations. Richa also provided consulting services to identify issues and gaps in the implementation of Oracle Applications for a global steel major.

Richa's career began in 2003 at Tata Consultancy Services, where they worked as an Assistant Systems Engineer. Richa designed an algorithm for revenue and cost sharing, automating financial transactions across TCS subsidiaries. This project helped generate a consolidated view of financial statements and resolved complexities in inter-company revenue and cost sharing for the ERP financial implementation.

Richa Khare completed their Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from BIT between 1997 and 2001. Richa went on to pursue a Master of Technology (M.Tech) degree in Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2001 to 2003.
