John Masterson

John Masterson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. John started their career as a Database Developer at Paul Grogan and Associates, where they developed customized databases for different industries. John then worked as a Group Technical Analyst at CRH, reporting to executive level and gaining exposure to a multinational company.

At JobReady Solutions, John held several roles including Developer & Product Owner, Business Unit Manager, and General Manager | Senior Product Manager. John played a key role in transitioning the company to Ruby on Rails and building out the Product Management function.

At ag-Grid, John served as a Customer Experience Manager and later became the COO. John was responsible for managing and growing the customer base, ensuring smooth operations, and promoting the datagrid worldwide.

Currently, John is the Chief Product Officer at ImproveWell LTD, a fast-growing HealthTech SME. John is leading the development of a smartphone application that enables staff to communicate their ideas for improving care to senior management. John also oversees the intelligent data dashboard that reviews feedback from the frontline.

John Masterson attended University College Dublin from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and Finance.
