Jonny Catlett

Jonny Catlett has extensive work experience in the software industry. Jonny currently holds the position of Vice President Service Delivery at Improving, which they started in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Yoppworks as a Vice President Service Delivery from August 2020 to February 2022, and as a Software Consultant from February 2017 to August 2020. Jonny also served as the President / Software Consultant at Bebot, Inc. from June 2014 to February 2022.

Before their roles at Yoppworks and Bebot, Inc., Jonny held various positions, including Senior Software Engineer at Cornerstone Software Solutions, Inc. from December 2016 to March 2017, Software Consultant at Twin Technologies, Inc. from July 2014 to October 2016, and Senior Consultant at Intertech from June 2012 to June 2014.

Jonny also worked as a Business Systems Analyst at Cayman Islands Monetary Authority from May 2010 to May 2012, Senior Software Engineer / Consultant at Cornerstone Software Solutions, Inc. from November 2007 to May 2010, Systems Analyst / Application Developer at Siemens Energy from December 2006 to November 2007, and Software Engineer at SAIC from September 2000 to December 2006.

Jonny Catlett completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from the University of Central Florida between the years 1997 and 2000. Jonny further pursued their education at the same university, obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in Computer Science from 2000 to 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Jonny Catlett obtained several certifications. In 2012, they completed the "Functional Programming Principles in Scala" course offered by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne through Coursera. Jonny continued to enhance their programming skills by acquiring the "Oracle Certified Associate, Java SE 7 Programmer" certification in July 2013, and later the "Oracle Certified Professional, Java SE 7 Programmer" certification in March 2014.

Jonny Catlett also demonstrated their expertise in reactive architecture. In 2015, they obtained the verified certificate for completing the "Principles of Reactive Programming" course offered by École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne through Coursera. Furthermore, in July 2018, they became an Accredited Lightbend Reactive Architecture (LRA-P) Trainer through Lightbend, Inc. and successfully completed the "Certified Reactive Architect Exam v3" administered by the same institution.
