Simon Minall-Burdett

Simon Minall-Burdett is currently the Head of UK & EU Client Engagements at Improving since January 2019. Prior to this role, Simon has held various positions in agile coaching and consulting at different companies such as bp, Castrol, and K&S Agility Facilitators Ltd. Before entering the agile industry, Simon worked in roles such as Scrum Master, System Test Analyst, and Customer Account Specialist at Simplyhealth. Simon briefly took some time off to be a stay-at-home dad in November 2018 before continuing their career in agile coaching and consulting. Simon holds a degree in Business Studies from Queen Mary's College, Basingstoke.
