Kirill Belov is a seasoned venture capital professional currently serving as Managing Partner at OakStar VC since September 2023, focusing on supporting proactive founders in shaping the future economy. Kirill also holds the role of Managing Partner at Impulse VC since August 2013, specializing in seed and early-stage investments. Previous experience includes serving as Head of the Marketing Department at c2_free, the world's largest WiFi network, and holding various roles in media relations and project management at RFG World Class, ArtManagement.ru, and RosBusinessConsulting. Kirill obtained an Engineer's Degree in Material Science from the National University of Science and Technology "MISIS" from 2000 to 2006.
