Suresh Thawani

Suresh Thawani is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across multiple organizations in the metallurgical industry. Currently serving as Chief Coach & Mentor at Full Circle since April 2014, Suresh focuses on POSH training, career support for women, and promoting gender diversity. Additionally, Suresh holds strategic advisory positions at IMR Metallurgical Resources AG and serves as a Steel Expert for Alvarez & Marsal. Previous roles include CEO & Managing Director at Tata Sponge Iron Limited and JAMIPOL Limited, as well as a Director at Tata Steel. Suresh Thawani earned a B. Tech. in Metallurgical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and received coaching training from the Coaching Foundation of India.
