Shawn Barker

Shawn Barker is a Principal Clinical Applications Specialist at IMRIS, specializing in intraoperative MRI surgery design, education, safety, and clinical workflow, with responsibilities spanning domestic and international pre-sales and post-sales consulting since July 2012. Prior roles include Engagement Leader at Cerner Corporation, where project management of SurgiNet and Anesthesia Solutions implementation occurred, and various positions within Medtronic focusing on ENT Image Guided Surgery and clinical applications. Early experience includes surgical assistant roles at Tift Regional Medical Center, Irwin County Hospital, and South Georgia Medical Center, along with education in Health Services and Surgical Technology from Valdosta State University and Wiregrass Georgia Technical College.
