Felipe Hayet

Felipe Hayet is currently engaged as a Customer Success Partner at SAP, having joined in March 2024, where participation in the SAP Academy for Customer Success has enhanced skills in advanced customer success strategies. Prior to this role, Felipe served as a Senior Client Solutions Manager for Aleph Group, Inc. from November 2021 to March 2024, managing key accounts and optimizing advertising campaigns in the gaming sector. Experience also includes a position at Google in 2021, focusing on new business sales development and collaboration with marketing teams to identify opportunities. Additionally, Felipe has a strong background in customer success roles at Freelancer.com, where responsibilities included overseeing the Preferred Program and providing bilingual support. Early experiences include a work and travel program at Squaw Valley, which contributed to improved English communication skills. Felipe holds a postgraduate degree in project management from Universidad Tecnológica Nacional and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from UADE.
