Harsha Maturu is a Principal - Investments at IMS Digital Ventures, a multi-strategy family office/venture builder. Prior to this role, Harsha worked as an Associate at Strategy&, where Harsha held the title of M&A Strategy - Manager and focused on advising corporate and private equity clients on commercial due diligence, M&A strategy, corporate strategy, and growth strategy with a focus on software & technology. Harsha also has previous experience as a Consulting Intern at Oliver Wyman and an Investment Banking - M&A Intern at Rothschild. Harsha holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE).
