James has held various positions in leasing and management, eventually working their way up to Vice President of Operations at IMS Management, LLC. In their current role, James oversees all communities in the Eastern region and manages new developments. With a background in financial analysis and operations management, James is dedicated to maximizing profits and ensuring the success of all properties under their supervision.
