Elda Lila

Elda Lila has a diverse work experience spanning several positions and companies. Elda began their career as a Senior Auditor at KPMG in 2001 before moving to the Bank of Albania, where they worked as a Senior Bank Examiner from 2004 to 2011. In 2011, they joined the Ministry of Health and Long Term Care as a Financial Analyst on a contract basis. From 2012 to 2012, they worked as a Financial Analyst on a contract at the KPMG Global Resource Center. Elda then joined IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions in 2013, where they progressed from a Senior Accountant to an Accounting Supervisor, Accounting Manager, and finally, an Associate Accounting Director. Their most recent position at IMS Integrated Merchandising Solutions was as an Associate Accounting Director, starting in May 2023.

Elda Lila is currently working towards obtaining their CPA designation, with an expected completion date of December 2022, from CPA Ontario. Elda has also obtained a Certificate in International Banking and Finance from Georgetown University. Prior to that, Elda completed their MBA in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska, USA. Elda began their education journey by obtaining a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Tirana, Albania.
