Niklas Blomkvist

Niklas Blomkvist has a long and varied work experience. Niklas began their career in 1990 as a vakt and assistent at Eskilstuna Konstmuseum. In 1991 they worked as a bildkonstnär and in 1992 they were an underskötare at Karolinska sjukhuset. From 1996 to 1998 they worked as a syndicating manager at IMS Bildbyrå and from 1998 to 2004 they were a bildredaktör at MIRA Bildarkiv. From 2004 to 2011 they were a säljare at Paul & Friends NK and from 2011 to 2014 they were an administratör at Massproductions. Since 2014 they have been the creative and photography director at IMS Vintage Photos, where they have also started NP Artshop in 2015 and does advertising in social media and newsletters.

Niklas Blomkvist's education history includes attending Konstfack from 2004 to 2005 to study the history of photography, Eskilstuna Folkhögskola from 1989 to 1991 to study the aesthetic line with a deepening year in painting, and Vårdskolan Eskilstuna from 1984 to 1986 to earn a degree as an underskötare.
