Rajaram Agrawal is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in executive search across various sectors. Currently, Rajaram serves as Partner - India at IMSA Search Global Partners since 2010 and has held the position of Managing Director at TalentAhead India Pvt. Ltd since 2000. Prior to these roles, Rajaram worked as General Manager at ABC Consultants from 1992 to 1999, focusing on executive search and selection, and as an Executive in Process Planning and Industrial Engineering at Siemens from 1989 to 1992. Rajaram holds a PGDIE in Industrial Engineering & Management from the Indian Institute of Management Mumbai and a B.E. in Industrial & Production from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya.
