Lisa Moran

Lisa Moran is an experienced Chief Operating Officer currently leading operations at IMServ Europe Ltd since September 2024. With a robust background in customer service and operations, Lisa served as Director at BFY Group for a brief period in early 2024 and held the Director of Operations role at Smart DCC from July 2021 to February 2024. Prior to these positions, Lisa was the Director of Customer Service at Thames Water, focusing on customer contact and billing operations, and held several key roles at British Gas, including Director of Customer Operations and Director of Business Services.
