Tim Costas

Tim Costas is a seasoned contracting professional with extensive experience in acquisition and contracting. Currently serving as a Contract Subject Matter Expert at IMSolutions, LLC since February 2023, Tim provides acquisition and contracting support to customers. Previously, Tim held the position of Senior Contracting Advisor at the Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board from December 2012 to May 2023, managing major acquisitions and advising leadership on procurement policies. Tim's career also includes significant roles at the FAA, including Contracting Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading major automation projects. Tim began a career in procurement as a Procurement Intern at the Office of the Secretary DOT. Tim holds a Master of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Applied Sciences from the University of North Texas.
