Gilmara Vila Nova-Mitchell

Gilmara Vila Nova-Mitchell has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Currently, they serve as the Director of DEI at IMT Insurance, starting in August 2021. Prior to this, they worked as an Executive Coach at Sarah Noll Wilson, Inc. from July 2020. Gilmara also has experience as an Inclusion Consultant at Inklude since January 2020. Gilmara's earlier career includes a long-term position at Heartland AEA, where they worked as a Professional Learning & Leadership Consultant from January 2006 until August 2021.

Gilmara Vila Nova-Mitchell is currently working towards completing a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from The Chicago School.
