Thomas Luxenburger

Thomas Luxenburger has over 30 years of work experience in the field of software engineering, consulting, and IT. Thomas started their career as an Office Assistant at Roesinger & Associates GmbH in 1988. Thomas then worked as a Hardware Supporter at Fridat SA, where their responsibilities included maintaining and repairing PCs and Ataris, as well as installing Novell networks. In 1993, Luxenburger became a Software Engineer at OBAG Informatik AG, where they worked until 1995.

From 1996 to 2000, Luxenburger worked as a Software Engineer at LUSEC Luxenburger Th. Software Engineering & Consulting. During this time, they completed various contracts, such as developing a DB converter for CostCrusher Labaudit application and creating application data reports. Thomas also worked on a data interface gateway between UBS Card Center and the European VISA gateway. Additionally, they developed an ERP application for accountancy, creditors, debitors, stock, DTA, and ESR.

In 2001, Luxenburger joined PostFinance AG as a Senior Software Engineer. Thomas held various roles during their time there, including maintaining and enhancing server engines to digitalize documents and vouchers. Thomas also worked on the PostFinance Card Acquiring System and provided third-level production support. Furthermore, they were responsible for the face-off of the legacy Backoffice card transaction system and the front office system for PostFinance Card and Credit Card transactions.

In 2014, Luxenburger worked as an IT Consultant and Senior Software Engineer at Luxenburger & Associates AG/SA/Ltd. Thomas then joined IMTF in 2015 as a Senior Payments & ECM Consultant and Integrator. The end dates for their roles at IMTF and Luxenburger & Associates AG/SA/Ltd are not provided.

Thomas Luxenburger attended Lyceum Alpinum Zuoz from 1978 to 1982. Later, from 1984 to 1990, they studied at Université de Fribourg - Universität Freiburg. However, no degree or field of study was mentioned for either institution.
