Lena Kovganov

Lena Kovganov has over 25 years of experience in the software engineering field. Lena began their career in 1994 as a Senior Software Engineer at Nexus Telecommunication Systems. Lena then moved to Microsoft in 1999, where they held the same position. In 2002, they joined Verint as a Development Team Lead, where they were responsible for the backend middle tear application (DBS) and database for ‘target centric’ and ‘data centric’ systems design, implementation, testing and support, as well as off-shore development management. In 2006, they became a Software Team Lead at Hingi. Lena then moved to Tikal - Fullstack as a Service in 2007, where they worked as a Senior Software Engineer. In 2010, they joined HP Software as a Senior Software Engineer. Finally, they are currently employed as a Backend Engineer at Gett, a position they have held since 2018.

Lena Kovganov obtained their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Computer Science from the Transport and Telecommunication Institute in 1980-1985. Lena currently works at AppPulse, but does not hold any additional certifications.
