Yuval Katz

Yuval Katz has over 13 years of professional experience in Human Resources. Yuval began their career in 2008 as an Occupational Psychologist and Head of the Assessment and Evaluation Department at Pilat HR Solutions. In 2013, they moved to Megamot as an HR Consultant, where they advised senior managers on HR decisions, developed procedures, and conducted headhunting and selection. From 2016 to 2021, they were at Taboola, first as an HR and Talent Acquisition Manager, then as the HR Director. In 2021, they joined Imubit as the Head of HR in Israel. Throughout their career, they have had extensive experience in all HR global aspects and the full employee life cycle, including performance management, coaching managers, workforce planning, talent mapping, engagement surveys, feedback processes and compensation.

Yuval Katz obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Bar-Ilan University in 2005-2007. Yuval then pursued a Master's degree in Occupational and Organizational Psychology from Ariel University from 2008-2010. Finally, they obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, General from Bar-Ilan University in 2013-2015.
