Srinidhi Virdha Giri

Srinidhi Virdha Giri is a versatile wellness professional currently serving as the Chief Wellness Officer and Co-Founder of TrioHolistic since September 2024, where the focus is on enhancing the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of team members and clients through targeted wellness programs. In addition, Srinidhi has been a Nutritionist at iMumz since March 2023, offering personalized prenatal nutrition guidance to expectant mothers. Prior to these roles, Srinidhi founded Wakin Health in June 2017, dedicated to redefining preventive wellness, and held various positions including Nutrition Consultant at Breathe Well-being and Dietitian at IBL Healthcare Limited and Lifeline Rigid Hospital. Srinidhi's educational background includes an MSc in Dietetics and Food Service Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University and ongoing postgraduate studies in Yoga Teacher Training from the University of Madras.
