Maya Checchi is a dedicated individual with experience in various roles related to education, sustainability, and international relations. Currently serving as a Project Lead at Students Organizing for Sustainability (SOS-UK) and Assistant Director SPECPOL at the International Model United Nations Association (IMUNA), Maya has demonstrated exceptional leadership skills. With a background in teaching Italian at UCL and co-founding It All Starts in the Classroom, Maya is passionate about bringing environmental awareness to students. Additionally, Maya has a strong track record in Model UN competitions and interned at the Parliamentary Assembly of the Mediterranean. Maya is currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Politics and International Relations at UCL.
