Jennifer Reed has a diverse work experience, starting from 2006 as a Senior Marketing Manager at SAGE Publications/Pine Forge Press, where they launched a successful textbook and received the "Best Marketing Manager" award. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a self-employed Strategic Consultant, conducting market research and creating strategic plans. Jennifer then joined BMW NA as Electric Vehicle Infrastructure Sales & Operations, managing the BMW "360° Electric Lifestyle" EV and PEV programs. In 2017, Jennifer joined eMotive LLC as EV Infrastructure Operations and Customer Experience, where they oversaw the development of charger HMI, app, portal, and UX/UI. Jennifer further enhanced their skills at Electrify America, starting in 2018, as an EV Professional, managing the backend functionality and security of their mobile app and serving as the partner program lead for technical requirements. Most recently, Jennifer worked at Faraday Future as Aftersales Service & Charging, Customer Programs. In 2023, they joined InCharge Energy as the Vice President of Integration Marketing.
Jennifer Reed has a BA degree with a major in Psychology and a minor in Japanese Language and Culture from the University of Virginia. Jennifer also holds an MBA degree from Columbia Business School.
